Speech Pathologist
Cayla is a kind and gentle speech pathologist who is passionate about connecting with families to provide holistic support. She aims to understand each child’s unique needs and work together with their families to find the best ways to help them thrive. She is looking forward to connecting with children and their families to help make a difference where it matters most.
Cayla holds a Master of Speech Pathology and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Japanese, Korean) and Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland. She takes a neuro-affirming and holistic approach to support, tailoring support to each child and their family’s unique needs.
Constanza (Coni)
Speech Pathologist
Coni is a kind, creative, and experienced speech pathologist who brings warmth, passion, and over many years of experience to her work with children and families. Originally from Chile, she is a bilingual speech therapist (Spanish & English) who has worked across Australia since 2019, supporting children of all abilities to grow in confidence, connection, and communication.
Isuru
Speech and Language Pathologist, Certified Therapeutic Play Therapist
Isuru is a kind, and neuroaffirming speech pathologist and Certified Therapeutic Play Practitioner who supports children to grow their communication skills through play. With many years of experience across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and now joining us in Australia, he brings a warm, culturally sensitive approach to helping families navigate challenges and celebrate progress. Isuru has a special interest in speech and language difficulties, Autism, CVI, and AAC, and creates joyful, child-led sessions where every child feels understood, capable, and confident.
Holly
Principal Holistic Speech Pathologist, Director of Playful Paediatrics
Holly founded Playful Paediatrics with the desire to provide families with holistic, personalised, flexible, and supportive care. Her desire was to bring together a multidisciplinary team within a calm and welcoming space where children feel safe and relaxed. She values the intricacies of each child and family to ensure support is provided in an engaging and functional way to make the biggest, positive impact.
Mirna
Client Care & Administration
Mirna has a kind, caring and welcoming nature and is a valuable team member. She joins us with many years experience working with Education Queensland supporting development and delivery of education programs. Mirna is enthusiastic about providing clients and their families with supportive care to ensure their experience with us is enjoyable. Mirna supports our team part time and is busy connecting with her sweet and energetic 3 year old girl on her days off.
Excitingly, she will be commencing her study journey at Griffith University in the Speech Pathology Masters program in 2026.
