Cayla is a kind and gentle speech pathologist who is passionate about connecting with families to provide holistic support. She aims to understand each child’s unique needs and work together with their families to find the best ways to help them thrive. She is looking forward to connecting with children and their families to help make a difference where it matters most.

Cayla holds a Master of Speech Pathology and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Japanese, Korean) and Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland. She takes a neuro-affirming and holistic approach to support, tailoring support to each child and their family’s unique needs.

Constanza (Coni) Peñaloza Johnson

Coni is a kind, creative, and experienced speech pathologist who brings warmth, passion, and over seven years of experience to her work with children and families. Originally from Chile, she is a bilingual speech therapist (Spanish & English) who has worked across Australia since 2019, supporting children of all abilities to grow in confidence, connection, and communication.

Holly Mitchell

Principal Holistic Speech Pathologist, Director of Playful Paediatrics

Holly founded Playful Paediatrics with the desire to provide families with holistic, personalised, flexible, and supportive care. Her desire was to bring together a multidisciplinary team within a calm and welcoming space where children feel safe and relaxed. She values the intricacies of each child and family to ensure support is provided in an engaging and functional way to make the biggest, positive impact.
